Sikumna Nepal offers a 7-day refund policy on paid programs and learning products purchased directly from us.
How to request a refund
Email support@sikumna.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase, including:
- Your name and registered email.
- The program or product name.
- Your payment receipt or order number.
Requests submitted within this period qualify for a full refund of the amount paid. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We will confirm your request and expected processing time by email. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Access to the refunded program or product ends when the refund is processed.
Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unchanged.
